This is SkStuff, an addon that adds NBT support and also other stuff such as pathfinder goals and some WorldEdit functionality.
Documentation can be found on skUnity (a bit outdated, I still need to update it when I get time to).
I'll probably add all of the possible syntaxes here later. Won't do it right now because I'm lazy :p
