When using LuckPerms with an offline player that had not been joined since the last restart, an exception was thrown in the console.

The main part of the update is that it's supporting GroupManager now.
There were also fixed some Bugs and a Update Checker was implemented
It was also added an Expression to set/get the primary group of a player (as long as the permission plugin supports it)
