Added expression to set/get the amount of maximum concurrent pathfinds
Added expression to add/remove/get the allowed movements from a node to the next (neighbor strategies)

Fix: Memory leak in EffPathfindStart: added expression to limit pathCache size
1.1.0 still has this leak so if you have that version I highly recommend updating!
